Fixer Upper

The Phoenix

Here we have a fixer upper that I had the privilege of selecting finishes as well as finalizing any design decisions! This is an old home that is nicknamed the Phoenix because the home actually rose from the ashes. Ashes of an old smoker that previously lived in the home. But now we have a fun and unique home. We chose orange as an accent color on all the exterior doors and orange wood finishes. Painted the old tan exterior brick to a charcoal gray. New wood flooring to match the trim and original wood interior doors. Lastly we finished the basement flooring by sealed the concrete. The Phoenix home rose from the ashes to a new-hip-70s home!
